Our menus are written by our executive chef Matt Wells for ease of service to make sure all of our events run smoothly,  efficiently and always on time.

We are happy to create a customized menu to suit your needs with the best option of just placing your ideas in an email and sending them through weather it be a "style" or a list of your ideal menu items and then we can sit down and create a personalized menu and quote to suit your special days requirements.

Our team strive to deliver on your concept to create a truly special day that takes the stress away rather than adding to it.

We are happy to work within a budget when creating a personalized menu as well to create a positive outcome for all involved.

All prices quoted include sufficient waitstaff to serve and clear any food, polished silver cutlery, plates and or crockery, high quality paper "linen feel" napkin, removal of all food related rubbish to our offsite waste facilities and returning of the kitchen facilities to a clean and satisfactory standard on our exit.

We can supply additional bar staff, tea and coffee station, glassware and line hire as well as set up and pack down options if preferred as well.

Platted menus

This style of menu is best suited to a more formal style of event where all guests have are seated and the meals will be delivered alternate drop style to your guests.

Stand-up or canape style menus

These menus are best suited to a more casual style event, waitstaff will rove through the guests serving substantial canapes and stand-up meals.

Banquette or shared plater menus

these menus are a great way to share a meal with your closest friends and family in a style you will never forget.

Roast meat and bbq buffet menus

roast or BBQ buffet menus are suitable for sit down style functions the guests would queue to select there meat options carved to order by the chef.
